Thanks for sharing ...&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;And I just love your post on canning tomato sauce. I used to do that when we lived on a farm in eastern Dutchess County and I grew about 150 tomato plants. Cracking open one of those jars of sauce in winter was like heaven — the taste and aromas brought summer right back and into the pot!</description>
