The cooking at Italyville continues with grispelle… we make grispelle every year around Christmas. We make the ball shapped grispelle with anchovies in the center and the donut shapped grispelle. First of all, I would like to thank Maryann from Finding la Dolce Vita for co-hosting the first “Seven Fishes Feast” along with Italyville. I know I’m not the only one who thinks she has a GREAT blog and equally GREAT personality. I would also like to thank the team at “Feast of the Seven Fishes” [...] It’s true, I want one. Now that Thanksgiving is over and December has arrived, Italians go into overdrive in the kitchen. There are so many wonderful dishes, recipes, specialties and customs that come along with the holidays, which for me has always been a wonderful time of year.
