I was talking to my “mamma”today.. just chating and she casually mentioned that she was going to Mohegan Sun this weekend. My mom’s not a gambler…so I was thinking my dad put her up to it. I was wrong. Her friend had an extra ticket to go see Toto Cutungo and offered it to her! He’s performing Saturday night at Mohegan Sun Casino along with Al Bano and Francesco Merola. I’ll tell ya,no one brings back memories for me like Umberto Tozzi and Toto Cutungo. Here’s a little throwback (which will be stuck in my head for the rest of the week!) Have fun mom!
Joe I absolutely LOVE Toto Cutugno…and all the rest of the music from that time. I have been trying to collect as much as possible-I remember it all growing up- my father had it all on albums. I wish I had known he would be at Mohegan Sun…Thanks for the great clip- I played it several times:)

My zia Concettina (almost 80 years old!) is off to Mohegan for the concert this weekend as well!
Awesome! Doesn’t Toto Cutungo also sing Le Mamme? Such a great song!
One of the few concerts I’ve been to…Cutugno right here in our medieval village’s square one cold November night a few years ago
Hope your mamma enjoys!
