it is a Braciere food Hunter… or as Daziano mentions: Brase’ in Piemontese.

We call it a Vrascera or Frascera.

I have no idea what it’s called, but it’s very cool! I’ll have to ask Ale if there is a Pugliese word for one of those. Joe, I have to say, I chuckled a little when I first saw the pic of you without having read the post. I thought it was a pic of you with the, “I need to go potty” face…haha! Sorry, it reminded me of a family story I have. Hmm, that might make a good post!
