I always ask for `liscia`. We have San Benedetto at home plus Ferrarelle for my husband.
One things sure, and that is that the tap water is really hard. When I boil the water for pasta I have to take the scum off the top and scrub calcium deposits off after.

I don't like frizzante and except for some restaurant brand waters which I can never seem to find in the stores, I have only once found a brand that I really liked (while in Piemonte) and then could not remember the name the following year when I returned to Italy. I can tolerate Aqua Panna. I really dislike San Benedetto though.

I like Pellegrino, but I have to say, Shop Rite has their own brand of imported Italian water that's just as good!!

My favorite is San Pellegrino. I've tried them all, but always come back to it.
