		<description>I&#039;m happy to report we had a great tomato year.  We have processed almost 300lbs of tomatoes so far and they are still producing in our hoophouse despite night time temperatures in the 30&#039;s.    We bought one of those sauce makers like you showed which has really lightened the load.</description>

		<description>We had tomatoes till a few days ago (amazing for MN).  And then the snow hit.  I am a lazy canner (I free whole tomatoes and freeze puree.)  So my hat goes off to you and the wonderful, earthy Italian process of preserving this most beloved fruit.</description>
