Buy a bottle of aged balsamic vinegar. This bottle is an 18 year balsamic vinegar we received as a gift from my brother and sister-in-law. Pour a small amount into a spoon (the spoon pictured is an espresso spoon) and put it in your mouth with a piece of parmigiano cheese. It’s a party in your mouth!

My brother-in-law gave me a bottle of really good balsamic a couple of years ago and I became spoiled! Now I buy Bistro Blends whick is the best I’ve found for a reasonable price. It’s so thick and rich that the salad becomes just a holder for the balsamic! And try it on vanilla ice cream. Heaven.
The good stuff is worth the cost..a few drops go a long way.
That combination is the best flavor party ever! And it is indeed worth the cost –a good bottle will last me a year. Pennies for bursts of flavors. Congratulations,Pat!
That has got to be the best way to have aged balsamic. Congratulations to Pat on her win. She is having quite a winning year so far! I want to go to Atlantic City and play some numbers that she chooses.
My kind of party for sure!
Which region comes Balsamic Vinegar?
